CAUCASUS
I have been to Caucasus more then 10 times, taking part in different high attitude expeditions I have visited
the Central Caucasus( not far from the Elbrus summit), West part (Dombay),and East. The following
countries and autonomic parts of Russia are visited by me, Georgia,Abkhazia,North Osetia,
Kabardino-Balkaria, Chechnya, Karachaevo-Cherkessia.My maximum technical achievement was pick Jailik
4500m ,4b category in the russian system(the most difficult is 6b). I took part in a tracking tour as an
assistent(porter, interpreter). I can offer various trekking routes along with the real technical complex
assents, for example the mount Elbrus which is not technically complex only 2b category.
CURRENT ROUTES IN THE HIGH ATTITUDE AREAS.
- Trekking in Adirsu valley with possible assents on the summits Mestia 4100m, Treugolnick 3900m,
Chatcha 4200m

Climbing in the Adirsu valley with various ice and rock routes.
- Trekking in Adilsu valley with possible assents on the summits Viatau 3800m, Gumachi 3900m, etc
- Climbing in the Adilsu valley with various ice and rock routes.
- Assent on Elbrus from Terskol.
- Assents and trekking in the Dombay area, including hiking tour trough Kluhorskij pass(2700m) to
Georgia.
- Trekking trough the pass Dongusorun(3100m) from Terskol to Mestia.
- Assents and trekking in the Tsei valley (eastern part of the Central Caucasus )
- Assents and trekking in the Zeskho area in Georgia.
